Fritz Ritter directs daily business development, investment packaging, operations and is active in the capital raising of Kronos investments. He has successfully acquired & repositioned opportunistic multifamily assets with various business partners. His aptness for sourcing value-add properties, building rapport with colleagues and negotiating with sellers serves Kronos on every platform in acquisitions & initiatives. Fritz's "boots on the ground" mentality stems from the beginning of his career as a certified & trained electrician.
John oversees underwriting, market analysis, and financial reporting at Kronos. Having began his career as a Financial Analyst at a F500 company, he has managed complex projects that generate over $5M in annual Revenue. These skills equip John with the ability to build financial models, evaluate properties, and analyze financial metrics to ensure we construct transactions that generate the highest returns for our investors while mitigating risk. In addition to crunching numbers, John has also renovated and operated investment property in Baltimore, Maryland and is actively raising capital. He holds a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Ryan Identifies value-add investment opportunities, conducts thorough market studies, and leads the capital raising efforts for Kronos. Previously, Ryan oversaw all commercial real estate research for Colliers International in North Florida. He began his career serving in an acquisitions support role at Patriot Realty Advisors private equity firm; sourcing government-leased office and industrial investment properties. At The University of Baltimore, Ryan served as President of the Real Estate & Economic Development Association and is a candidate for a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University.
